After you sign up and verify your email, you'll walk through a short setup flow — three quick steps.
1. What's your name? Enter your full name. This is what teammates you invite later will see — you can change it anytime from Settings.
2. What's your company called? Enter your company name. You can rename it later.
3. What type of company is this? Choose Staffing agency ("We place candidates with external client companies") or In-house team ("We hire for our own company"). This changes some terminology throughout the app — agencies see "Clients," in-house teams see "Departments" — so pick the one that matches how you actually work.
Click Finish setup and you're in.
If your email address was already invited to a company, you'll skip this wizard entirely and join that company's team automatically.
If your email domain matches a company that already has an account (and it isn't a shared provider like Gmail or Outlook), you won't be able to create a duplicate company. Instead you'll see a screen offering to Request to join — your company's admins get notified and can approve you from Settings. Once you send the request, you'll land on a confirmation screen letting you know to watch your inbox for an invite.
